Jamie Gold invited to High Stakes Poker

Jamie Gold, the winner of the 2006 World Series of Poker, has been invited by GSN to play in the next season of High Stakes Poker. Gold recently defeated more than 8,000 and won over $12 million.

If Gold accepts GSN’s invitation, he will take part in a game where top players put up $100,000 of their own money in order to play. The High Stakes Poker III will be taped in Las Vegas. The location and list of participants have not been disclosed yet.

The first two seasons of the show have featured top poker players such as Daniel Negreanu, Doyle Brunson, Jennifer Harman, Antonio Esfandari, Phil Hellmuth, Johnny Chan and Todd Brunson.
