Dawn M. Hamilton was accused on Tuesday of causing a child under 13 to view or listen to a sex act and was charged with felony bail jumping. If declared guilty she faces 22 years in prison and $20,000 in fines.
A 13-year-old girl went to the Police Station and told officers of the Oshkosh Police Department that she was playing strip poker at a residence of West 15th Avenue with Hamilton and a man. When questioned by the police, Hamilton admitted to playing the game. At the time of the incident, Hamilton was free on a signature bond on a pending felony case in Outagamie County.
Winnebago County Court Commissioner Daniel Bissett ordered Hamilton is held in the Winnebago County Jail on a $1,000 cash bond. She is due back in court for a preliminary hearing on Dec. 28.
